When you request an invite, we collect the email address you give us and, if you choose to share it, a short free-text description of what you sell. That's all we ask for.
We use this only to contact you about your invite — nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties, and we don't use it for marketing beyond the invite itself.
Once you're a customer, the product also stores the data you configure it with — your domain, markets, and competitors — to run your weekly brief. That data stays tied to your account and is never shared across accounts.
To see whether the product is actually useful to you during the founding period — and to improve it — we also keep a simple first-party record of how your workspace is used: when you visit, view your weekly brief, open an AI answer, log a fix, or export a report, plus payments we record by hand. This stays in our own database, is never shared with anyone, and is never used for advertising or profiling (we rely on legitimate interest for this). We keep it for at most 24 months, and it's deleted earlier if your account is deleted.
